Lemon Blueberry Pancakes

Light and fluffy, filled with plump, soft real dried blueberries from Oregon and a fresh hit of lemon. So good, you almost don’t need syrup!  To cook, just add water and a little cooking oil.

(TIP: Cook up an entire bag of pancakes and save the leftovers in a plastic bag for later. If you have a microwave, just put syrup on them and reheat. Because these pancakes use powdered eggs and milk, they last a little longer!)

One bag makes 10-22 pancakes

With real dried blueberries!

Ingredients:  Cake flour (wheat), dried blueberries (blueberries, sugar, sunflower oil), nonfat milk, cane sugar, aluminum-free baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, potato starch.), pasteurized whole egg powder, crystallized lemon (citric acid, malic acid, lemon oil, lemon juice, ascorbic acid [vitamin C]), sea salt, vanilla powder (dextrose and vanilla bean extractives).

Shelf life: 9-12 months. Our products are preservative-free.
